This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. There are no words!!

The service with regard to telephone calls is disgraceful. I waited 27 minutes before my call was answered. I was ninth in the queue therefore they must only have one receptionist, each call taking 3 minutes. The ansaphone message is way too long and the music plus constant reminders to use their website could be used as a form of torture. The service from this practice is very poor; you now have to wait 14 DAYS for a repeat prescription and where you used to be able to book a blood test at Cromer you are now no longer able to do so. We have no other GP practice to transfer to so if a patient is dissatisfied they have no options.
