Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Difficult To Contact

The initial recorded message is far too lengthy, this is then followed up by the most dreadful music on hold, presumable chosen to discourage patients from holding on. A previous wait had me giving up at 25 minutes. On the latest occasion I was supposedly third in the queue eventually being advised I was first. Some 12 minutes later, after 36 minutes in total, I conceded defeat and hung up. When you are able to get through the staff are pleasant and the GPs attentive and helpful.
