Perfect at reception
2nd July 2024Fine. It's been pretty good. Perfect at reception; very nice, very polite. I had an appointment before with the nurse and that went well. She was very good. She made you feel comfortable. Polite and interested.

Everyone I've met here at the surgery has been great
2nd July 2024I've found it very, very good. Apart from making an appointment; that's tricky. I did get an appointment today though. Everyone I've met here at the surgery has been great.

I'll give it a five
2nd July 2024This is the first time I've been in a while! I saw a Health Practitioner. Very caring sort of person. I rang one second after 8am and I was 15th in the queue already! Once you're in it's good. All the people you see here are lovely. The communication between surgery and office staff seems very slow. For here (Horsford) I'll give it a five. I just think that customer service and communication needs to be improved.

It's not as good as it used to be
2nd July 2024It's not as good as it used to be. You never know when you're going to be ill, do you? But anything later than 8am and no-one will answer the phone.

2nd July 2024Positive. Staff are always good. Doctors have been great. All in all, very supportive. I give them high marks. We've managed to get appointments when we need. It's been quite good. I don't think we've ever had a bad experience here.

It feels like you're being listened to
2nd July 2024It's excellent. It feels like you're being listened to. You're not fobbed off. You get clear instruction from the doctor. I don't like being asked what I think should happen! I've had physio here and it was really good. I've never had a problem.

The care is fine
2nd July 2024Fine. The only thing that gets to you is calling in on the phone. You have to wait about 20 minutes. The care is fine. You're very lucky to see a doctor; yesterday I saw a paramedic who was great.
