Joke

Having been registered at this practice for some 20 years plus I have found that the place has gone down hill big time. Can never get an appointment and I find some of the receptionist very rude and very short of manners. Today I have been to the pharmacy to collect my meds to find once again they are not there this being the third time. Having spoken to the receptionist to find it's not been done once again. Having to return again tomorrow to pick up my tablets. Firstly I don't have the money to keep riding around and not feeling well. And of cause its more pollution in the atmosphere. And I have trouble getting myself in and out of the car. Unnecessary stress that I don't need. The first time I was told by a very I polite receptionist that it wasn't done because I needed a meds review. Was told they tried to ring me and couldn't get an answer so they left me a message. Don't think so as I don't have an answer phone. So there for it was just left until I went to collect. Then a meds review was booked. I then put in for a repeat and it was again not been done. Was told to early to be done. I had everything in order with my meds so they ran out together but with the interruption put it all out of sink. Only put it in on Monday morning to be told not ready once again. Therefore a nother journey. I understand covid has played a big part of the past problems but come on. In December I phoned for an appointment to be told nothing until March by a very abrupt receptionist. Then tried again in January to be told the same. What do I have to do to see a gp. Not a phone call. Is there going to be an end to this.
