    Rude in helpful receptionists

I suffer from mental health illness I’m on medication that makes me very drowsy so I struggle with mornings. I have an infection in my mouth I was told to see a dentist I explained I can’t get a nhs dentist I can’t get through to an emergency nhs dentist I am in a lot of pain. The receptionist said they would not do anything to help. I rang again spoke to a different receptionist this time I said I needed to speak to a doctor as I have an infection the receptionist demanded to know where it was and what was wrong I said I’m entitled to patient confidentiality she was rude said I had to call in the morning I explained that the drugs I’m prescribed make me drowsy and I struggle in the mornings. She was not helpful she said I had to call in the morning I said that it’s discrimination against someone with mental health issues and unable to call at that time. I left the call still in a lot of pain with an infection and crying and in mental distress. A receptionist called me back to say a doctor would call me but knowone called back. I’m left in distress and pain. There is no need for receptionists to be rude and unprofessional.
