Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. It's good, but I do have some concerns

I do think it is generally good but I do have concerns about being able to get timely appointments. I don't think it is good to have to tell someone on the front desk what is wrong with you. I know when I need to see a doctor. The reception has improved and the team are now more welcoming. I have recently been referred to the hospital but there is a 22 week wait for an urgent referral. This means I now have an anxious wait.
