Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Difficult to make an appointment

The system to make an appointment is very poor. I have to phone on the day after 8am and can wait up to 40 minutes to get through. I am not able to make a routine appointment two weeks in advance, I still have to call on the day. The GP then calls you back to see if you do need an appointment. I am not offered an appointment at the other Vida surgeries unless it is for my COPD. Vida does not have enough GP's and the population of Hunstanton means there is a higher need for healthcare. Vida does not seem able to retain its GP's and the service has declined in recent times.
