This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Carparking could be better

The parking situation wasn't clear. I didn't know there was a drop off point here. We walked from the car park but that was a long way for my uncle. The sign says drop offs can only wait 10 minutes, it could be slightly longer, maybe 30 mins. It would be good if there was a system to tell the front desk your number plate. Today our appointment was running early which was good. Everything was efficient, it was in and out nice and quick. Superb service.
