    Failed my mother

My mother had experienced a stroke and this was missed by a paramedic who visited her house. She was brought in the hospital the next day in an ambulance we'd called. We had a two hour initial wait before being seen. It was then another 3/4 hours before a doctor actually came to see her. She was given an MRI scan and moved into the stroke ward the next day. She was in hospital for two months. She was moved out of the hospital to a respite centre and I wasn't even notified. I turned up at the hospital to visit and she wasn't there.
