Original Feedback for James Paget Hospital:

Terrible communication

I missed 3 appointments as the hospital were sending letters to the wrong address, when I finally had my appointment they sent my results to the wrong doctors a different doctors to were my referral came from. Trying to contact the hospital is near in impossible on at least 3 occasions I have been on hold for over an hour to get through and on one occasion I was on hold for 3 hours while the switchboard tried to get me through to check if I had another appointment booked as they send my letters to wrong address. I asked to be notified by email or phone for my next appointment so that I dont miss it and was told that was nit an option It will be by post or I will have to keep calling in to check.
