Mixed experience

Nurses were horrible, very abrupt. I did start to make a complaint through PALS but I never saw it through. I stayed on the ward with my husband and the nurses laughed and were joking through the night and there wasn't much respect for the patients. Other than that my experiences overall has been fantastic. Couldn't fault anyone. He moved around lots of wards and everyone was fantastic. Nurses, cleaners, everyone gave you their time. Doctors, consultants were fantastic and very thorough. The food was horrible though, and sandwiches were fall of salt. Parking is expensive but care is fantastic so that's what really matters.
