Original Feedback for James Paget Hospital:

Great apart from automated call back system

The treatment I've received at the James Paget has been great, especially from cardiology. However, my only criticism is the automated phone calls I receive to remind me of my appointments. If I miss the call then I call them back, and it's just an automated voice on the end of the phone. Then I get charged for marking the call, which is ridiculous. The hospital must have outsourced the service, but the private company that run it are probably making a lot of money off patients who call back. I think it's because I'm elderly that they give me a reminder, but I don't need it. As long as I've got it on a piece of paper it's fine.
