Continuity of care is very good

I have to be seen regularly in the Dermatology clinic. I am cared for by lots of different staff but they communicate well in this department and the continuity of my care is very good. The staff involve me in making decisions about my care. The administrative side of the department runs efficiently and I am kept well informed about my next appointments. If the appointments are running late the staff always do their best to let you know and today when my appointment was late the receptionist asked if I wanted to go and get a coffee and then come back. The only criticism I have is that I find the bus service from where I live to the hospital does not offer a timetable that always makes attending appointments very easy.
