Original Feedback for James Paget Hospital:

Well looked after

When our daughter broke her arm, we took her to the James Paget A and E department. Our daughter was quite frightened about going to hospital. When we arrived she was quickly assessed and sent for an xray, which then was followed up by her having a cast on her arm and follow up appointments arranged. The nurses and doctors who were on duty made a real effort to put my daughter at ease and made the whole experience as worry free and fun as it could be for her. It really made me see how the staff that work at the hospital don't just turn up to do their job for the money, they genuinely care about what they do and go out of their way to make a positive impact on peoples lives.
