This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

    Make it relevant to the review

    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along.     Brilliant

    The care I receive from the clinic is brilliant, I've nothing to complain about!! If I ever need to have an appointment to fix my hearing aid I'm seen within a couple of days of calling the hospital. When you have an appointment the staff take the time to talk to you and listen so that they can then help you to make decisions. The car parking at the hospital is becoming increasingly difficult, I will always try to opt for an earlier appointment as the car park gets very busy.
