Really good experience in gynae

My experience in gynaecology has been really good - the nurses have all been kind, I understand there are constraints with time scales and there have been times where we have considered going private because of the waits and the not knowing. I had to wait over Christmas for some results which was hard - when I called the receptionist said that they had been here, just not communicated with me. Other than that, it's all been very good - I've seen Dr Jude who was good, and Dr Elfara for my surgery. The gentleman who took my biopsies (I can't remember his name) was amazing, so was nurse Nella - everything about them was great. They made a savage thing as pleasant as possible, they were supportive and took my mind off it. I've not had a bad experience here. Also, Mr Elfara's secretary has been outstanding - kind, helpful, and has kept me informed.
