Do I have to get on my knees?

After 3 referrals to see a psychiatrist, the NHS allowed me to see one. I got an appointment to town clinic after waiting some months, when I got there I was seen not by a psychiatrist but only by a nurse, who had no idea about me, spent an hour playing catch up. They told me they would contact me in two days after they speak to doctors and would visit me every 2 weeks at home to check I was ok. It's been 3 weeks and I have had no communication from them, no letter, no email, no visit, nothing. This is after waiting 9 months for this.
