Covid19 Services/Changes

I appreciate, like most of that there had to be major changes to how things things had to be done at the surgery, but think this could have been better. It was difficult having blood tests done in a gazebo outside in car park, then moved to just inside fire escape door, but cordoned off. But I have been more concerned about finding it difficult to see a GP or nurse in person. I had a major fall in the street some weeks back & hurt myself, have a number of long term chronic conditions. Though I called the surgery to tell them, at no point did they ask to see me. There is an issue with my leg and ankles, that can’t be resolved by a phone call or physiotherapy.
