It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Phones switched off, web form disabled

I was told to ring the surgery on Monday pm for blood test results. I tried, for over an hour and a half, but the phones were seemingly switched off, as every time there was a recorded message saying the "reception team is dealign with other calls and the queue is full" and the call ended! Despite repeatedly ringing back, at no point was I able to join the queue. This simply does not add up: we were in the surgery last week and it was a ghost town, the two receptionists were most definitely NOT answering phone calls the entire time. Getting nowhere and following the answerphone's unhelpful advice, I then tried to send a message via the surgery's website at around 14:00 (but for some inexplicable reason the enquiry form was ALSO deactivated with a message saying it would reopen at 06:30 am!!!!!). In other words, it seems the surgery reception team is working half-days now. Absolutely disgusted with this appalling lack of service.
