As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Not even a shadow of its former self

Pre-COVID, Lionwood was the second best surgery I'd ever been registered at, but it is not even a shadow of its former self these days. Aware as I am that Conservative cuts to the NHS are leaving everything hanging with a gossamer-thin thread, the lack of *anything* at this practice is beyond belief. The hoops you have to jump through to even try to get an appointment, emailing them between 7:30am and 7:31am in the hope that the team deign to consider you worthy of being seen, is preposterous. Not to mention I was suffering from a very serious condition and the reception staff kept me waiting on the phone for 45 minutes and then refused me an appointment. It was only pure luck, and the fact I'd had a tax refund, meant I could see a private GP who saved my life.
