    No follow up

My issue is with follow up's and keeping in touch. I wonder sometimes why the Doctors bother with blood tests as the results just go into a black hole. I had blood test two weeks ago and have called twice for the results, to be told Doctor hasn't looked at them yet and they would be printed off and put on the GP's desk.....again. Finally been told today they are normal but with 2 weeks worrying something was seriously wrong. Last week the receptionist told me that although the Doctor had not commented on them, they "looked lovely" to her. Really?? I never come away feeling confident and as such just ask to get referred elsewhere which I have done again on this occasion. It's not fair or kind to keep people hanging.
