Terrible

I have had a few bad experiences with this surgery but this one has tipped me over the edge!! I called for an appointment first thing as you are told to, to only have a phone call appointment left for the morning, as this is the only option, I had to take it even knowing it would be impossible to prescribe me what I needed with out an examination first. I received Drs call in the afternoon not morning but that's ok I understand the pressures at the moment but to then be told that I do need to see the Dr Face-Face and I had to call back to make an appointment for next day, I asked what way was best to go about this as in call back now or call again in the morning, she said she didn't know but there will be a note on my records for me to have a Face-Face, so that is fine, I called the surgery about 20min later to give time for my record to be updated for the receptionist to sound confused at my request as there was no drs appointments available next day only phone call appointments, she then said that i could have a nurse appointment on Monday (this was on Thursday) I said it would be too late and said i am going to have to find a walk in center now as i know waiting for Monday would be too late! I don't understand how the Dr can said she wants to see me next day for then not to be in the surgery and in fact no Drs in at all ( so I was told) I understand pressures of surgery's but this is very poorly managed and I just hope that I am able to get some treatment before the weekend and don't end up in A&E (choose me not A&E) what a joke that is!
