Its generally good but it's not always easy to get an appointment

Overall it is generally good and if I call I can easily get a routine appointment. However sometimes it can be less so. Recently I called and was put on hold. When I did speak to someone I was told it would be a week before I could see a doctor. I did make the appointment because I knew I had an infection that needed antibiotics, even though I also knew that a week was really too long to wait. I ended up going online and buying what I needed and cancelling the appointment. I knew because I had the same problem before that it would have been better if I could have had the prescription sooner. Otherwise the staff and the surgery are good.
