This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Very sad that my story has to be told..

I have been a customer of Lloyds for several years,up until September of 2020 I had only praise for the service I received, BUT everything has changed. when I arrive to collect my meds. I am told they had not received the script, then magically my meds arrive on more than one occasion this has happened, when I challenged the staff she ran into the office this happened to me three times infact on my last attemp t I was kept waiting 1.1/2 hours then was told they had only just received my script I asked for my pain killers when they gave them to me the date was two days old this has been a stressful time for me so I have changed my supplier.
