Original Feedback for Allied Pharmacy (Attleborough, Church Street):

No Pharmacist on site, gone home early

My partner is on a titration program organised through CGL in Norwich, She has to collect methadone daily and be supervised whilst taking it. On Friday we were advised that they close at 17:30 on Saturday so be there for 17:00 which we were. We were then told the pharmacist left early 16:00 so they were unable to issue her with Saturdays dose and also Sundays to take away. A member of staff then told us there was nothing they could do for us so ring 111 for help. We done this and traveled to a pharmacy 10 miles away as they were open till 20:00, we got there at 18:10 and they were closed. We then spent all Saturday night trying to get this medication even sent us to A & E but could not get anything, so she had to manage without this medication and use the illegal option she is trying to get away from. Trouble there is now on higher dose of methadone more chance of overdose there is. We done the same thing on Sunday and still could not get anything, so 2 days without her medication and the worry of being taken off the program. If only we had a phone call to say we need to be there before 15:30 as the pharmacist was leaving early everything would have been alright and would have had the medication she needed for the weekend.
