This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Remember, your response will be seen by everyone who visits your service page on our website, not just the original reviewer. Your reply is a good opportunity to acknowledge any comments received.

Rude, unhelpful staff. Chaotic service.

All the polite, helpful staff have left, leaving the rude and unhelpful ones. System is chaotic and repeat prescriptions are never ready, even a week after they are due. Having once left it for two weeks, I called in and they told me that they had cancelled the arrangement and I would need to go to GP to rearrange. No plausible explanation or apology given. I have made arrangements with another provider and will never go into Lloyds again. I can honestly say that the customer service there is amongst the worst I have ever experienced. Judging by the constant stream of complaints on Facebook, I am not alone. Lloyds HO have been contacted by many people, but while they promise action, nothing ever happens.
