Original Feedback for Allied Pharmacy (Attleborough, Church Street):

Frustrated with long wait for prescriptions

I find the service offered by Lloyds Pharmacy dreadful despite the hard work of the conscientious staff. There is something fundamentally wrong. After a prescription is forwarded from the surgery to them, it is wise for you to leave a few days before collecting it because it probably will not be ready. On arrival you will have to queue together with people buying non-medical/non-prescription items. Inevitably the prescription will not be ready and you will have to wait or return days later. The majority of customers are elderly/frail and this is unfair treatment. How does all this fit with the pharmacist's oath?
