Original Feedback for LloydsPharmacy (Norwich, West End Street):

Deeply disturbing experience

I write to inform you of the shocking behaviour I have witnessed at my local pharmacy. On the 22nd of January I went into the pharmacy to stock up on my medicines supplies when I overheard an older man shouting at another member of staff. The pharmacy was full and very busy at the time, and the man was clearly very disturbed and angry. The girl appeared understandably frightened and scared from the ordeal. I can't state for sure what was said, but he seemed to be shouting and ranting about the whereabouts of another staff member and threatening to fire anyone who asked about that staff member on the spot. This was uncomfortable to watch someone throwing their weight around like that and makes me, personally, not want to return to the pharmacy based on the disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour I witnessed. To treat another member of staff is one thing, but to do this in the sight of patients and customers is totally not on. I shall stick with ordering my medicines online as at least I can trust places like pharmacy2u to not intimidate me like this. I have already shared this deeply disturbing experience with my family and friends. Shame on you West End pharmacy, this never would have happened when Lloyds were in charge.
