Was Great but struck me off with no notice!

The patient care I received from this Dentist was 5 star. I had terrible fear and did not attend a Dentist for over 6 years but they were very caring and helped me overcome the issues. I have been regularly attending every 6 months for the past 9 years with no problems. My last 6 monthly checkup had to be changed by the Dentist which then caused problems with me getting time off, I had to reschedule it a few times, and then had to cancel due to a knee injury and being unable to attend. My partner then contacted the surgery to ask if I could have an appointment at the same time as her and My Son, only to be told that I had been struck off for not attending My checkup! I had not been contacted or written too. I called to ask to be put back on but was told that would only take me as private (which I cannot afford). I am disappointed as the rest of the family are still patients there except me! Not great patient care from this point of view! I know have no dentist and don't feel confident about going elsewhere and cannot afford private, so don't know what to do. I do feel that they have been a little harsh and with no warning, this in my opinion is not fair. ACTUAL DENTIST = 5 Star ADMIN = 2 Star
