Hard to get appointments

Hard to get appointments, especially out of school times. They often cancel the appointments, or run really late.

The dentist is lovely but it is very hard to get hold of the practice, you always have to leave a message and I am not always available when they call me back.

My dentist is very positive and patient with my child, he takes time to explain to them as he examines and makes their visits as fun as possible.

Not much experience, they just sat in the chair checked over and sent on our way so assume all is ok.

The dentist shows my children the instruments, talks to them, never pushy. Always happy and polite. Appointments in half term are hard to come by as everyone wants (or seems to want) these.

Have found all of the visits to the dentist a good experience. The thing that makes them a little nervous is the wait before they go in. Sometimes we have had to wait 30-40 minutes after our appointment time before we are finally seen. Have a long time to wait if you need to rearrange an appointment

We have had a good experience overall at our dental practice. My son needed an emergency appointment one day and we were seen that evening after he finished school. I have never had a need to complain about any aspect of our care.
