This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Frustrating Getting Appointments

I still find it hard to see a doctor face-to-face. I have to wait on the phone to ask for an appointment, then I have to wait for the doctor to call me and then they decide if they want to see me face-to-face. I find it very frustrating. I think the nurses are brilliant, they are very patient during blood tests. Since covid it seems like doctors are in hiding. I came in today and found out my GP retired a while ago, I was never told.
