life threatening

a. Upon moving to Aylsham NR11 ... I registered with Market Surgery Aylsham NR11 ... b. I registered with market surgery on line repeat prescription service with the surgery's permission. c. the surgery gave me on line signing in details. d. I completed the online form as directed. e. when repeat prescription was needed I used the web page to request the medication. f. my request was refused. g. I tried several times to request repeat medication, my requests were refused. h. the surgery ignored my complaints. i. I phoned the surgery on my regular phone, my call was blocked. j. My required prescribed medication is an anti coagulant, it helps prevent blood clots. k. without the medication I could have an embolism which could cause my death. l. There is something seriously wrong with the surgery and system.
