Original Feedback for Mattishall Surgery:

3

Good but had to make repeated calls

I'm just concerned for people who call the surgery using their home phones. It costs a lot of money - it was very expensive for us last year when my husband was unwell after having his COVID jabs. It costs a lot to make repeated calls to the surgery to get things sorted and you can wait on the line for some time. I guess it's different for people who have phone contracts but for us it cost a fair amount. They were good with it all and sorted out getting all these tests done. However, we are still not sure what it was. They've just changed a lot about how you contact the doctors and how they work I think. I don't think it's just at Mattishall. I can understand the need to call and have them choose who is best to see but I do feel there is just not enough GPs.
