Excessive wait for telephone to be answered

Spent 35 minutes in telephone queue for reception as no reply from dispensary. Need to speak to someone urgently to sort out problem with repeat medication for elderly patient with Parkinsons. Was told to call dispensary at 3:00pm but held on for nearly 31 minutes then call was cut off. GPs are all fine, staff okay but this is inefficient and frustrating in the extreme. Don't know what to do next . There doesn't appear to be any other way of contacting this surgery to leave a message.
