Total lack of response and responsibility

The online channel is unavailable when the surgery is closed so i submitted a request on behalf of my daughter who has a skin growth that changed dramatically overnight. Someone rang her out of the blue during a class, appreciated that she couldn't talk and said would ring back the next day. No one has rung back despite me submitting another request for her 2 weeks ago. Lets hope her skin growth is benign she's only 19. And there's no point trying to get any sense out of them on the phone. I've had safe guarding concerns thrown at me previously when I've tried to support my daughter to get urgent medical care for her asthma that meant she couldn't actually speak. The doctor concerned insisted she gasped down the phone before agreeing to see her. Then she assured my daughter there was nothing wrong with her suggesting that I was overreacting and interfering. We had to see a private GP to get her the medication she needed to control her breathing.
