This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Happy but booking system problematic

I'm very happy with the treatment from all the medical staff, but calling up at 8am to get an appointment is a bit of a problem. I know there's a lot of pressure on services at the moment, but I can't help but feel an online system would work better. In my opinion some kind of triage system whereby the practice could prioritise appointments based on their urgency would work well, rather than having to try and fit all appointments in on one day.
