"Patient Results Are Not a Priority"

Greetings Healthwatch, I am writing to give my poor feedback on Mile End Road Surgery concerning the way they handled a request of mine. Today at about 13:20, I called to request my results from the urine and stool samples which I provided on July 26th to be sent on my email. I was told I would receive them in a few hours time. Having checked my email frequently after finishing the phone call, it turns out I still have not received my results on my email. For a few hours time, they could not find time to send one email within the frame of the same working day. Upon calling to request my results again, the same lady who said to me that I would get my results in a few hours time, said to me with great insolence and manipulative attitude: "Patient Results Are Not a Priority". "You may get them tomorrow." For a few hours, they are so busy that they don't find time to get their job done and send a single email. These are not apples and pears. This is health. What are they paid for? To behave insolently? Especially towards a patient with a chronic diabetes. Even they hung up on me without there being any reason for this.
