This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Getting worse by the day

Every single time you have to deal with this surgery its purgatory. Check in (well you think you have) and sit down, an hour later the receptionist advises she forgot to book me in and my appointment is cancelled. Have to wait for someone to eventually become free. They cancel your prescriptions items without advising, then blame it on "you need a review " but dont tell you this beforehand. Receptionists are rude, unfriendly and unhelpful and I saw all of them including the doctors congregate in the office and eat cake. Disgraceful
