Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Reception staff need retraining

Dr Hammond and the nurses 10/10. Unfortunately they are completely let down by the reception staff in my opinion. Rude, unhelpful and on occasion have made decisions to not get in touch re blood test results because the thought it wasn't necessary where as it really was. If I've been unable to get online to fill a form I'm met with huffing and puffing. I'm honestly considering changing from them to another practice. The online forms need ditching, if I need a Dr for my children I don't think a 4 day response time is really good enough
