This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Appointment booking for non emergency

The online booking system is flawed. Why is it that when booking an appointment does the surgery have to be open and not full? I only need to request an appointment for a cervical screening. It doesn’t have to be today but outside of my working hours I get a message telling me there are no appointments available today or the surgery is closed. There should be an option when booking to discover this before just sending out a blanket message to all. Maybe there wouldn’t be so many complaints about this part of the service.
