Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Don’t mention personal details
Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Website unclear and appt booking difficult

Just trying to work out how to book an appt online was an hour-long task! First I had to work out if I was allowed to ring or had to fill in a form. Then the written message said that all appts for that day had gone - even though I wanted to book in advance. I finally found a form to book in advance but not at my surgery. What a complete shambles. Frustrating experience, and a loss of an hour from my work day that I could least afford right now! Not happy at all.
