This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. Booking Appointments

HAve tried to book appointment for Blood tests which 1st was over due by 3 years and 2nd was requested by Sleep Clinic, WHen trying to book Reception refused to allow booking as seems I cannot make this request, was told to wait till doctor recieve letter reqesting blood test and as for Pre Diabetes test would be sent when doctor authorises tests. I find the whole process very demeaning when I have to explain to no medica trained staff why and what is problem, NHS system is flawed in this way as I do not authorise receptiion to view any of my records, letters or Results and find it wholey wrong that receptionist decide when or if I can have a appontment
