This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Asbolutley no way of booking an appointment!

Cannot book an appointment at all, no follow ups to previous appointments if you did manage to get one. Partner been waiting 8 months for diagnosis, has many other smaller issues, cannot speak to anyone at all unless she rings at 8am and hopes for the best but because she works it's game over. No access to emergency appointments, will not accept phone calls, will not respond to emails, and she has had many many rude and obnoxious remarks from those on reception. Absolutely appalling, the CQC need to investigate, the entire surgery needs to be closed down.
