They don't listen and help people in any way

My husband hasn't slept at all tonight from headaches.I called gp at 8 in the morning and waited for the first 10 people. When it was my turn, the telephone was opened, it was said good morning, I said good morning, but the telephone was closed or closed.I did not give up again, I called, this time I waited for 20 people and when the phone was opened, they said call me tomorrow at 8 o'clock without listening to me.
