This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. The surgery needs to sort it’s self out

Having been with you for over 20 years and never had a problem the way you are working now is ridiculous, having to book online especially for elderly people who are not computer literate it always come up no appointments available, go into surgery no one in waiting room, receptionist can’t help tells you to book online, phone up you get message to book online or hold then when you get through it’s sorry call back later, it took me 4 months of trying earlier this year to get to see a doctor, now trying again totally madness, as you can tell I am not happy and I am not the only one everyone is complaining
