Very poor communication and customer service

My husband is diabetic hadn't been called for an annual review. Filled out a form in May for a diabetic review as medication review was due. Ignored request for review and approved medication. Made a complaint in July and eventually got a diabetic review which showed a very high Hba1c - medication changed and review due in 3 months. Not recalled in 3 months and complaint from July not addressed. Letter 21st Sept ignored. Emails 10th and 19th October ignored. Telephone call 25th October ignored. Follow up email 31st October acknowledged but still not actioned a week later. He did however receive the blood test he should have had in October. How many other people are sat at home without having their diabetic review?
