Healthwatch is committed to providing a transparent and honest view of health and social care services. This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Can't book an appointment

I can't seem to book an appointment. Whether I try online or by phone, I'm always told it's fully booked, try again tomorrow / another time. How do you get to see someone about a condition if you can't make an appointment. I've been a patient here for nearly 30 years and it wasn't always like this. Disappointed and frustrated. When I do get to see my doctor, he is brilliant, but I just can't get to see any right now.
