This is your opportunity as the health or social care provider to have your say on comments the public have left. It is designed to be constructive and allow both sides to have a fair and equal say in the matter so please:

Make it relevant to the review

As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Impossible to get help or appointment

In 9 weeks I've tried 4 times to get an appointment...told not urgent...been to reception told to ring, came home a rang...no appointment need to ring tomorrow and stay in the queue...this surgery is a joke, misdiagnosed my cancer ...had phone call from nurse after operation to say they were there for me ...ring for anything but guess what ...NO YOU AREN'T... they say doctors are so busy ...3 people in surgery when I was there to see a receptionist that can't book appointments how stupid
