As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this. However, they will not be able to reply to your response, but can get in contact with Healthwatch Norfolk if they wish to pass any comments along. Entitled to pneumonia vaccine but can't book

Surgery texts to say you're entitled to the vaccine. You press the link to accept and it takes you to a nothing available page. This has happened 3 times so far. Text says do not ring the surgery so what do you do? I'm waiting for the next link to arrive in a weeks time to have another try. Had the same issue with the flu vaccine but then they just allocated you an appointment not interested if you could attend or not. Seemed annoyed I was working full time and not available for my allocated 5 minute appointment made via email? Judging by patients comments there appears to be a recurring theme that the surgery systems don't work and the patient care is very poor. Still says on their website don't attend the surgery due to the covid pandemic ?
