    As a service provider, you can leave your response to the original review and the reviewer will be notified of this.     so many anonymous posters!

    It is not always convenient for me to book an appointment at 08:00 am, this is true. However, I do realise that a doctors practice is still a business and it is for me to follow their procedures and not for them to pander to my whim. If ever I really need their assistance, they are always there for me. I consider myself to be erudite so don't seem to struggle with the surgery's booking policies like all these one star moaners and can always get an appointment as I follow the concise advise of the "useless receptionists" who are constrained to do the bidding of their employers. I also accept that the surgery will triage a request so I won't get to see the king for my itchy toe, I get to see the most appropriate professional. Well done Millwood, keep up the good work.
